1.0.1 b187 - makefiles

The latest release includes two new makefiles:
  • for 64-bit compilation on Mac OS-X
  • an experimental one for Sun Pro 5.9
Also, all UNIX makefiles now do a dos2unix operation on all STLSoft and Pantheios source files.

Am looking for feedback on the Sun Pro makefile in use.
